Meredith is a civil litigator who focuses on counseling and litigating business disputes. She has represented individuals and organizations in a range of subject areas, including employment disputes and enforcement of restrictive covenants, real estate matters, breach of contract actions, and negligence claims, among other matters. She has broad experience, including pre-litigation counseling, efficient use of discovery, dispositive motions, settlements, and appeals.
Before joining Rosenwood Rose, Meredith worked at an insurance litigation boutique in Washington, D.C., where she represented corporate policyholders seeking to recover on high-dollar claims against insurers. There, she helped secure multi-million dollar settlements with various insurance companies on behalf of her clients and regularly advised clients regarding their coverage options. Meredith holds a law license in North Carolina.
Outside of the office, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children. She also likes cheering on the Wake Forest Demon Deacons, reading, and cooking.
