Mike is an associate with Rosenwood Rose & Litwak, PLLC, where he engages in matters ranging from construction disputes, complex commercial litigation, and arbitration to contract drafting/negotiations and general litigation. Being licensed in both North and South Carolina, he has had ample opportunity to provide legal counsel on a variety of inter-state issues to regional developers, enterprises and larger commercial entities.

 

Mike’s practice also encourages cost-efficient litigation practices, focused on real solutions to complex legal issues and any other problems that may arise. While the legal landscape offers many avenues or options to pursue in any given legal dispute, Mike is ever cognizant of the value of his client’s time. Accordingly, Mike strives to achieve the best possible outcome to a matter at hand via the most efficient and effective solution available so as to avoid rising legal costs in the pursuit of potentially distracting alternative options.

 

Mike is a 2022 graduate of Wake University School of Law, where he sought hands-on experience with all aspects of litigation through a series of legal internship and research associate roles. During this time, he has successfully represented clients before local governments and drafted appellate arguments.

 

In his free time, you can find him travelling to the South Carolina coast to enjoy the beach, flying to the nearest mountain to ski, or enjoying local football games and trivia with friends.
