Rosenwood, Rose, and Litwak is thrilled to announce the addition of Walton Milam to its team of construction and commercial litigators. Walton comes to RRL with five years of experience guiding businesses and individuals through litigation involving contract disputes, construction issues, professional negligence, M&A, trademarks and trade secrets, derivative actions, business torts, non-competes, fraud, 42 U.S.C. § 1983 cases, and a variety of other the matters that our clients regularly confront. Walton understands how to effectively and efficiently posture cases to set clients up for the greatest chance of success and looks forward to continuing to help RRL’s clients find creative solutions to complex problems.
Prior to joining RRL, Walton served as a law clerk in the Western District of Virginia and as a commercial litigation associate at a large law firm in Roanoke, Virginia.
