In August 2018, Whitaker completed a 40-hour Civil Superior Court Mediation Training course under the guidance of Andy Little at Mediation, Inc. As of July 1, 2018, Whitaker is officially certified to conduct Superior Court mediations throughout the State of North Carolina. He has participated as an advocate in over one hundred mediations throughout his career and is looking forward to assisting parties in resolving their disputes as an independent third-party neutral.
